168 Fasting（以下简称「本应用」）尊重并保护所有用户的个人隐私。本隐私政策说明我们如何处理您在使用本应用时产生的数据。
本应用不会主动收集、上传或共享您的任何个人信息。所有数据仅保存在您的设备本地。
若您选择使用 Apple 账号登录，本应用仅获取 Apple 提供的匿名用户标识，用于在本应用内识别您的账号。我们不会获取您的真实姓名或邮箱（除非您主动选择共享）。
断食记录、偏好设置通过 Core Data 存储在您的设备本地。您卸载本应用后，这些数据将被一并删除。
本应用使用本地通知提醒断食窗口关闭时间。所有通知在您的设备本地生成，不经过任何服务器。
本应用不集成任何第三方分析、广告或追踪 SDK。
本应用不面向 13 岁以下儿童，亦不会故意收集儿童信息。

168 Fasting (the “App”) respects and protects the privacy of all users. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle data generated when you use the App.
The App does not actively collect, upload, or share any personal information. All data is stored only on your device.
If you choose to sign in with Apple, the App receives only the anonymous user identifier provided by Apple, used solely to identify your account within the App. We do not obtain your real name or email unless you explicitly choose to share them.
Fasting records and preferences are stored locally on your device via Core Data. When you uninstall the App, this data is removed with it.
The App uses local notifications to remind you when your fasting window is closing. All notifications are generated on-device and do not traverse any server.
The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from children.

断食記録や設定は、Core Data を介して端末内にのみ保存されます。本アプリを削除すると、これらのデータも同時に削除されます。
本アプリは、断食ウィンドウの終了を知らせるためにローカル通知を使用します。すべての通知は端末内で生成され、サーバーを経由しません。
本アプリには、解析・広告・トラッキング目的の第三者 SDK は一切組み込まれていません。
本アプリは 13 歳未満の子どもを対象としておらず、子どもの情報を意図的に収集することはありません。
